All good things...

I got eliminated this past Sunday from the match play tourney.  I shot an 86 and took it to a 2-hole playoff.  My opponent duffed his tee shot and I figured I had it in the bag.  Then I sliced my drive OB which hurt bad.  Then my approach shot was less than ideal and my chip over the green put the nail in the coffin.

I had a good ride and was not at all nervous during any of the match play.  This little bit of competition has helped my mental game a ton.

Based on the way I've been hitting the ball, I think I'm going to start playing from the blue tees.  I'm also looking into some longer courses.  I need to start playing some tracks that are closer to 7,000 yards.
